In July 2020, Huitong won the tender for the tower supply of the 220kV
project in Hefei, Anhui Province of the State Grid. Huitong supplied
4046 tons of angle steel(Q345，Q420), which is for 220kV iron towers
and 110KV iron towers. This project is one of the significant projects
of Huitong in Central Plains in recent years, successfully achieved
the provincial coverage of Anhui 220kV power grid.
After winning the tender, Huitong’s business personnel immediately
contacted the project leader and actively participated in the work
deployment. The Project Management Department planed the scheme at the
first time, and all staff strictly stuck with the six modules which
are business risk control, technical support, material supply,
production management, logistics and delivery, and process quality. In
this production link of the angle steel(Q420), the drilling method had
to be done at high-speed, which took much longer. In addition, the
temperature in the workshop reached more than 40 degrees during
production, which was a considerable challenge for the workers, but
they finally completed the task within the specified time. In the
future, we will continue to provide our partners with better product
supply.
