In August 2021, Huitong has successfully won the tender for 2231 tons
of angle steel. Our company is responsible for the project of Chongren
Jian East 500kV ultra-high voltage line. The total weight of tower
angle steel supplied is about 2231 tons with total price of
20.48million yuan. The total length of the new line route is 112.9km
The whole line which covers Jishui County, Ji’an City, Ji’an County,
Jizhou district is single circuit erection and also the largest
conventional grid project invested by Jiangxi Grid on Fourteen Five
Year Plan.
To fulfill the customers’ requirements, our company organized
personnel to establish a special project team to comprehensively
follow up from product design to production. For the purpose of
enhancing quality examination, our company set up the first-class
physical and chemical laboratory equipped with professional test-
operators who have relevant ranks and titles; we also tested with test
detection instruments including Ultrasonic flaw detector, Chemical
analyzer, Mechanical property test and Zinc layer thickness gauge.
The products strictly complied with the quality assurance system from
raw materials entering the factory to products leaving the factory. In
the period of epidemic, Huitong overcame many difficulties to ensure
timely delivery. During the process of sign for goods, and in the
process of counting, our employees stayed at the site, actively
cooperated with the project unit in a good state, assigned special
personnel to the site to guide product installation and provide
technical services, so that the delivery was completed in a timely and
efficient manner.
