110KV Composite Tower for Panhe Line Project

Project Introduction

Huitong provided composite towers for Panhe Line Project in 2013. The total weight of products is up to 111 tons. The value of all composite towers is above 2 million RMB. Panhe Line Project is not a huge project from the prospective of contracted quantity. However, we have made great improvement in providing composite towers consisted of steel pole and angel steel.

All production procedures, including lofting, manufacturing, assembling and delivery, should comply with higher standards to fulfil producing technics of composite towers. First of all, it should be ensured that key operations can be handled with high quality, such as processing ball joints, intersecting steel poles, welding neck flanges to steel poles, etc. Besides, it is required that advanced equipment is adopted to realize automatic flange welding, pole fixation, welding modules, etc. Last but not least, the zinc layer must be intact during packaging and delivery. In this project, we have made a great progress in diversifying products. This project has been a milestone for Huitong.
